My teaching philosophy is pretty simple. I think everyone can learn given the right supports. My teaching goal is to always recognize what the individual needs to be successful and to provide the example that learning is failing. I use the Prototype, Test, Redesign cycle as a motto. It applies in all aspects of life. If you see every challenge as just a prototype test that you are going to refine it makes failing and trying again a normal part of the learning cycle. Most of the time technology either adds a layer of complexity, provides a new opportunity, makes things easier or at times is completely not the right tool for the job!
